The experience with this product was downright disgusting. ZIPP was working fine for 2 months before the problems started.1. The firmware update did not fix the Alexa integration issue reported in the Libratone2 support ticket. A few times a factory reset was required for the speaker to work as advertised3. The speaker periodically disconnects from Wi-Fi and stops playing music via Bluetooth4. Unable to reconnect via Libratone app, phone browser session or laptop browser session5. The application cannot detect the speaker after a successful connection6. Music, when streaming properly, was whimsical at best with numerous interruptions. An application, when working properly, does not provide all the functionality it needs to use. I hope Libratone will issue an RMA for the product and repair it accordingly as it is within the warranty period. Bought Nov 2017. So far the customer service has been just as disgusting. Solutions that are listed as a solution to the problem you are experiencing have not yet resulted in a working solution.
