Review on Microsoft Surface Laptop (Intel Core I5 by Adam Johnson

I bought this laptop and was very happy when I was expecting it in the post. However, when I received it, it was a big disappointment. There was a red strip of tape on the pad that looked very unflattering against the gray paint). There are also many scratches on the laptop. The back of the laptop is warped/bent. Also, the laptop itself is VERY SLOW UGHHHHH. The keyboard takes a while to follow which is VERY VERY EXPLANATORY. The laptop didn't even come with a charger! They said they would mail me a charger but they NEVER did. I waited and waited and waited for quite a long time. HOW SHOULD I USE THE LAPTOP WITHOUT A CHARGER? I was very disappointed! There is no point in buying this laptop!
