I am writing this review because I had experience with this type of product while staying with a family member. A family member has purchased this type of product several times. I couldn't understand why my family member kept buying it. I know it was almost impossible to clean her large garden tub without standing in the tub so this type of product was her solution. Let's get to this purchase. The support team contacted me immediately after receiving the product and advised me on how to use it. They advise me not to leave it on all the time (my family member used to do this). The charge lasts a long time and I like that I don't have to bend or kneel to clean the bathroom. The only thing I wouldn't have had is some kind of polishing pad or sponge. Plus, I use it when I need it and charge it when I need it!
