Only used twice. Two different cylinder vacuum cleaners (Sanitaire and Vacmaster). Didn't work for anyone. The rotating brush does not rotate no matter how the suction lever is adjusted. Today I let it spin for a full minute, but I had to help it out with my finger. Both times I've used it on a plush rug over a thick pillow. When the brush isn't spinning, this nozzle has practically no suction (feel your hand under it and of course notice that it doesn't collect any dirt at all). I can't tell what is stopping the brush from spinning. The two screws on the case appear to be over tightened and snapped off and cannot be removed. But I don't even want to disassemble the device to understand why the brush does not work. I should have paid more. Attention to this issue as mentioned in previous reviews.
