I needed a more comfortable chair for my mom where she really liked the idea of air comfort like my girl. I found this one to be really powerful, with good specs, and decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed, this one is really good. First, it's really strong and very durable. Everything about it is solid from top to bottom, with even the footrest being heavy too, holding my 200 pounds perfectly and comfortably. Also, I really like the extended footrest area where even my height can be comfortable. Second, it was really easy to assemble. Instructions were perfect and with pictures, assembly was a breeze. The screws were easy to screw in with your finger and easily tightened with the included hex wrench. Finally, the backrest controls, backrest raising and lowering, backrest adjustment for lumbar support and headrest are so easy to use that even my mother can handle them with ease. No cons, worked really great for me where I'm very happy with the purchase.
