I roasted a 22 pound turkey in the 375 oven for 3.5 hours. I sprayed the insert with Pam oil to make sure it doesn't stick. It was easy to assemble, easy to bake, easy to take off the turkey and easy to clean! I was mesmerized by the subtlety of storage. Happy I made this purchase.
