Excellent customer service. Not all thermal underwear has a fleece lining.
These thermos fit true to size but for us it gave my child extra length to use next year. I originally bought them thinking they were fleece lined but they aren't but fleece lined kits do exist. Customer service was excellent and helped me get the fleece kit I wanted to buy.
