Review on Waterproof License Reverse Vehicles Motorcycle by Bruno Gilbert

Very bright! I bought this for my 50cc scooter because I ride a lot late nights and my state of Michigan requires you to have license plate lights by law. This is not respected. The only thing they give is a strip of double sided tape to stick it to the light, it's not included yet like most LED bulbs. So I recommend adding some Loctite to make sure it sticks. That great bright light too! Definitely recommend and will definitely buy another one for my other scooter. I'll try to add a photo after installation
