The pans are good quality, easy to use and clean.

I'm a pastry chef and I ordered these for individual plated desserts. They're nice quality, easy to clean and use. They make a pretty darn cute looking tart so I highly recommend.

I really enjoy using these pans. The ridges are easy to get into and the overall depth of the pan is deeper than average. This really makes for a nice slice for presentation and also more portions because of the height of the final product. Although this is a dark metal pan, it does not scorch the bottom of your tart. Will most certainly recommend.
