The knobs on the sides of the handles that adjust the height are cheaply made, one just got shot down tonight because it's a spring held in place by a thin piece of plastic, now one the handle is useless when I need it at a certain height and not all the way down which is inconvenient for me. This chair didn't even last 2 years like some of my others, and even the cheap stuff on the "leather" like the cracks in the bottom of the seat bottom that pierce you behind the knee with sharp edges, I was able to fix them with heavy duty glue . I tried to glue the lever knobs with the same glue but the plastic itself was so cheap it must have been broken into more than 2 pieces and now they don't reach the knob mechanism itself. This chair WAS the best chair I've had ever had and now that i realize it was released before 2 years had passed (which was the lifespan of my other CHEAP chairs) i am very disappointed.
