Great if you know this trick.
The trick is to use it with an 8mm open end wrench instead of a 3/8" drive when you are in really tight spaces. Using this technique in combination with a wooden wedge, I was able to remove the tensioner pulley when changing the timing belt on my car, which worked quite well, as there was not enough space to put a normal socket wrench on it.
