I actually bought this for my little dog who likes to look out the window. That's how safe my leather sofa is. At 24 inches tall, it's the perfect height as it fits snugly in the armrest of the sofa and is perfect for her to sit or lie down on and still have a full view. Since she likes to "run in place" when she sees people or motorbikes, my leather sofa (even with covers) took very little damage, but it was only a matter of time. It was the perfect solution. She asked for it as soon as I put it by the window. She looked into the little house below, but hadn't gone in yet. This might be a good place to store some toys.
