I ordered a pair of these readers in early May and they arrived on time and appeared to be in good condition. quality, I only use it on my desktop computer. I left my home office to do housework for my wife and as I turned the corner in the living room, they fell off my head as I lifted them to my forehead. One of the eye loops holding one of the lenses broke and the lenses fell out. It was the end of July but when I got news from Success Eyewear I contacted Hanna more to let her know about the possible problem since I've been using her daily since May. They contacted me again, sorry I had an issue and told me a replacement pair had been sent to them and I should see them in a few days.
