I like that they offer managed WP as well because it's not always easy to find good support when you're new in this business! The price of their shared plans are expensive compared with other providers but if your traffic grows then there will be no problem at all. Their customer service team really helps me whenever something goes wrong or needs attention from them (which happens quite often). It can get confusing sometimes since we have some services running through different servers/domains so having one place where everything runs smoothly makes life easier. They also provide great tools which help us keep track of our stats easily without needing any technical knowledge about how things work internally.
