Review on Sangean RCR 20 Bluetooth Charging Digital by Brian Rivera

Bought this radio 2 months ago. In the beginning it was great. It worked great. But after a month the buttons stopped glowing. Not a big problem so I didn't complain. Now the alarm doesn't work properly! It just hums even when set to music. He just changed on his own, and no amount of reprogramming will fix his waking up to the music. What else can go wrong with this radio? Unfortunately Revain only has a one month return policy so I now have to deal with Sangean under the warranty. For this I have to pay for the shipping to Sangean and also the warranty repair! Buy this clock radio at your own risk. I wish Proton still made clock radios. UPDATE: I paid to ship the radio back to Sangean and they sent me another one back. The serial numbers were different. I can't tell if it's new or refurbished. No papers were included in the package. I've been using the radio for a couple of weeks now and the light is still working unlike the first. However, the alarm worked two days ago when the radio was always on alarm. In the settings, the radio is displayed, but the buzzer is off. I had the same problem with the first block. I am not very happy with the quality of this radio. I don't think we should pay for warranty work. Purchase at your own risk.
