I have used several scrapers in the past and this one is much better than the others. This is a durable stainless steel that will not bend with use. I really like the six-inch ruler on the bottom, which is convenient for keeping cut things like cinnamon rolls all the same size. The handle is strong enough to provide a good grip while still being comfortable to hold. Easy to clean in soapy water. Aside from being great to fold and cut, the counter is extremely easy to clean with just a few scratches. I just want to take a minute to say thank you to the good folks at Orblue.
