The team has excellent ideas of what they are trying to achieve, with clear direction from start through launch for projects both internal/commercial alike! Nothing as such - but I have been approached by other agencies who ask me about work my colleagues at BAs do or want done that would be too similar (or not) in nature / value proposition? There you go - sometimes people see opportunity where others may think there truly isn’t... Be flexible & open minded and don't try so hard – this might end up being bad news anyway :D We use BA for all our social media related services which include content creation, management etcetera; email newsletters + marketing collateral, video production training material development / webinars scheduling tool building - we just get help around when needed most urgently rather than having full time workers doing it "properly". Being able keep one foot into traditional PR while keeping an eye out how things like Twitter The team at Black Antelope has been incredibly responsive, helpful, and professional throughout our relationship. They have been instrumental in helping us to develop an effective website for our business. I would highly recommend them! The only thing that could be improved upon is their ability to create a more robust content management system (CMS) that allows for greater flexibility with site updates. We are solving issues related to data security and accessibility of information for our customers.
