i am so glad I found these blue LIGHT blocking glasses .I spend all day working on computers, and my eyes were always feeling tired and sore. Through trial and error, I found that these glasses really help reduce my eye strain and headaches. They have a stylish aviator frame and are comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. The only downside is that they can cause a yellow tint to colors on-screen, but that`s a small price to pay for improved eye health..
