Something terrible is wrong with these

I rarely leave one star reviews but feel compelled to do so because the fit of these socks was just terrible! Cool and weird! Very long on the feet, long on the leg and at the same time extremely narrow. My daughter used to order Carhartt socks for kids from Walmart so I figured it would be a win-win but apparently not all Carhartt socks are created equal because wow! They must have been made for Gumby or Stretch Armstrong or some other anatomically bizarre person. I immediately tossed them in my donation box and drove to St. Winnis because it wasn't worth giving back just to feel sorry. what was i thinking Low-income children are the last people who will ever have to wear these boa socks on their feet. I should have thrown them straight in the bin! Shame on you, Carhart. They used to have such a good brand that we could buy with confidence, but now quality control and sizing standards (for socks, right?) seem to have gone the Do Do Bird route.

Pros
  • Sits comfortably, won't sag or get lost, so boys can focus on their activities.
Cons
  • Socks may not be as durable as other more expensive brands.
