I like that it's easy to add new features/extensions. It also has a lot of free integrations with other tools. The dashboard is not very intuitive for non-technical users (like me). If you're looking for an out-of-the-box solution with a lot of integrations, then this is a good choice. We use Mailosaur to track all our support tickets, so we can easily see what issues are being reported most frequently. We can also set up rules to automatically respond to certain types of emails. This allows us to have a consistent response without having to manually write each one.
