The ability to have access to so many different people with such varied backgrounds and experience made me feel like I could get any answer I needed! My biggest issue was that most of the time I had to wait a couple months or longer for an answer from one of their employees. It's not always the best customer service but when I did get an answer it was usually quick. If you're looking for someone who can find answers quickly then this may be the option for you. They are very thorough and will explain everything step by step. We use them as a way to have our support questions answered without having to deal with internal teams.
