This is a very pretty top that can be worn over a dress or jumpsuit to add some flair. I bought this for Christmas to wear over a red jumpsuit and it worked great. This is a thinner material but is comfortable and flexible. Perfect for those who like a little extra sparkle. I ordered a medium and it fits very well. I wouldn't go up the size unless you prefer a looser fit.
