Review on KAZETEC by Luis Blaschko

KAZETEC is the place to go if you want to buy low-quality products for your house, kitchen, or bicycle. I consider myself something of a do-it-yourself expert, so I was thrilled when I found inexpensive things that I could use to spruce up both my house and my bike. Unfortunately, KAZETEC did not live up to my lofty expectations. Their cycling gear was so flimsy that it astonished me that it didn't fall apart on the way to my house while they were riding it. And don't even get me started on the things they sell for the house and the kitchen! To put it simply, they are not constructed to last longer than the packaging they are sold in. Let's just state that. The customer service that KAZETEC provided was, however, the absolute worst portion of my experience with them. Never before have I come across a group of individuals who were so impolite and unresponsive. They were about as useful as a hammer fashioned out of marshmallows. In other words, not very. What about the delivery costs? Oh yeah. I have no doubt that they dispatched my delivery using a pigeon carrier. It took much longer than anticipated, and when it did eventually arrive, the packaging was mangled, and the contents within were in poor condition. KAZETEC is the place to go to purchase low-quality goods and experience atrocious levels of customer service, if that's what you're looking for. Stay away from it and look for a store that has a good reputation instead if you have any standards at all.
