I bought this phone for our business use, we needed something durable and it's perfect. The look didn't really matter as I knew it would just be covered in bondo and paint, but before that it looked pretty cute. The phone is already quite battered and still works perfectly. I really like how heavy and sturdy this phone is, it reminds me of the phone we had growing up. We didn't have any and needed a longer cord, so I cut and stripped the 4-wire phone cord we had laying around, crimped on some wire lugs (Radio Shack has phone wire lugs). The pigtail ends with 4 spade connectors that connect to the terminal block, just unplug the pigtail and plug in the cable I made and it worked great.
