Horrible addition to my office!

The base was poorly designed and took forever to set up. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice with electronics, I was finally able to figure out how to connect it to my phone. The worst part - the sound quality was extremely poor and made it difficult for me to communicate with my clients..
