Great platform with many features: ComAround Knowledge

I like the visual representation of my tickets. It helps me to keep track of what's still open and closed. I also like how you can have multiple people working on one ticket as long as they are assigned to different tasks. Sometimes it may take a while for new comments/changes to appear in the view. Having multiple people work on the same ticket can be confusing at first and it takes some time getting used to. If you're looking for a ticketing system that allows you to see who is working on which tickets, this is the product for you. We use it to manage our support queues. The benefits we've seen are improved customer satisfaction and retention rates.

  • Also very helpful especially if several users need access but only want certain things visible depending upon their role within AT&T IT Services
