I didn't notice any charge like the other person mentioned when downloading the app, and for those of you who can't connect, I had the same problem, it doesn't support 5G wifi so you need to set it to 2.4G. Another problem I had was when I tried to contact your support team, whether I went to your website or used the number on the card, I kept being told that the number was not exists and I only recently upgraded it from 4 to 1 star because Less than a week after owning this product I noticed that the plug would not stay in any of the outlets I plugged it into and fell out very easily and when I tried to unplug one of my plugs, it got stuck in the extension cord. And when I pulled it out the socket broke so now I have 3 sockets. I think you get what you pay for, but I don't recommend buying anything from this company, there are many other extensions out there. I've also updated this over time, from day one I've had issues with this device staying connected to the WIFI, it disconnects apps for a moment until it reconnects or I have to disconnect and reconnect. to force it to connect. I will soon have a new extension from another company and this one will be thrown away. Maybe it was a defective product, or maybe they are all like that. I don't want to find out, I'd rather spend a few bucks more to hopefully get better use out of them.
