Overall I like Stanley's tools. I repair a lot of things so I bought all my gear from them. These scissors are 8 inches long. Bought for my office. Ergonomic, comfortable to hold, sharp. Oh yes it definitely cuts so please keep it out of reach if you have children. It's made of titanium because it's a lightweight material that's very durable and will last a while. In addition, some materials such as B. Adhesive, which makes it easier to cut through the adhesive (e.g. when opening an Amazon package). I like the graduation printed on the side, that can be helpful.
