Questionable Personal Fan

What I don't like about the fan is that you can charge it and not use it at all, don't turn it on, but it still dies! I wore it around my neck and never turned it on but it still dies, also one of the sides was unscrewed when I got home and I barely touched the thing. I bought it to keep cool due to the high humidity.
