I like the idea of push & pull. But at least the one I got doesn't really move much air when moving back and forth. We use full puffs - it just takes a really long time. A few days ago I had several players asking me to show their personal details. They definitely needed air, but they weren't flat. I would rate 60-80 hits to make them acceptable. With my normal (cheaper) pumps, 15-30 would do best. I coached basketball for many years. We have a few balls that sometimes need air. We also use different gyms and take them with us. Temperature changes increase the need for air purging. I got this as an addon for different cars. I will not be returning it as I think it works as it should. But I was very disappointed with how it worked. It costs more than the regular pumps I've always used, but they don't work as well. I would suggest buying a regular single stroke pump and saving a few bucks.
