To be honest I was skeptical from the start but I really wanted it to work. I wanted to use it on the bottom floor as it is the most delicate and most prone to ingrown hairs or skin irritation from shaving and home waxing. They promised that the hair would grow back more slowly and made it look easy. IT IS NOT EASY. I followed the instructions to the last detail and tried it several times with different hair lengths just praying it would work one way or the other to no avail. I've tried various suggested methods, notta. It took a bit but hardly no matter how long you wait or what method you use. It was also quite painful because it was essentially pulling my hair out without even pulling it out. It was also difficult to clean up afterwards, including the mess of putting it in a bowl and everything else you're told. But at least my skin was soft, although it was still covered with hair. It's just really frustrating since I don't have many options and I've spent so much time and money on it. Just beware of anyone who wants to try because it's difficult and painful.
