The front of the case is very difficult to install. This is nothing more than a rear panel replacement. You will need to completely gut your switch, melt the screen adhesive with a heat gun and remove the entire screen and disassemble everything to fit this part. Is it nice to have a full view and a full matching switch? ? Yes! Looks great done. But if you don't think you can do the rest like I just said, don't bother. Like many others in the YouTube tutorial video, I also removed 2 screws in this process and had to get someone else's help to complete the opening. Switch. In the tutorial video that this company made to install the front, there is no information about the parts for installation. They made an updated video (which most people will see too late because it doesn't show up as the first search result) and for some reason they didn't delete the outdated video even though they made a new tutorial video. The frontend replacement video is one hour long. It took me a whole day to replace the front back panel and screen. I completely overhauled the switch. Also, I ordered the back panel in the same pink color from the same company and it is slightly different in tone from the same color as the front panel. which is annoying. And the plastic is not as durable as the original switch body material. The screw holes can be easily removed. I too bought front and back panels from this company to make my switch all pink and neither kit comes with a headphone jack. So my Switch is all pink with a black headphone jack that stands out. Why didn't they record it.
