As a result of using this product, I found that it frequently crashed and was unreliable. While the interface was easy to navigate the constant technical issues outweighed any benefits .This Bluetooth scanner was supposed to be a game changer in automotive diagnostics, but ultimately left me frustrated and disappointed..
