I would give this product five stars everything came in really good quality just like the picture and my nose didn't react to any of the metals but one thing I can say is is that some of them have stripes going through your septum which is much smaller than usual. So if you have a wide septum like me and most people, 2 to 3 nice haircut rings may not fit your nose and that is the only reason I deducted a star, but other than that all the products are great and very good quality Quality.
