Review on New Balance Dynasoft Nitrel Running Sports & Fitness for Running by Kevin Compton

I've been trail running in these shoes for a little over two weeks. The NB Nitrel V4 is well built, lightweight and durable. They offer good support and sturdy toe protection, which I like. Only time will tell how long they actually last. Because the trails I run have mixed terrain, uneven rocks and loose gravel. So far I really like these trail running shoes. I often change the insoles in the shoes I wear. I've done it with them and it really improves comfort and impact resistance. The insoles that came with them were fine, but I would recommend upgrading them. If you are looking for a good mid-range running shoe, I would recommend the New Balance Nitrel V4 for all-day running.
