I bought these to store various electronic components like resistors, Raspberry Pi parts and other small items that were cluttering my desk drawers. They work great. I like that the compartments are adjustable for longer items. Most divider tabs are removable except for 2 next to the zipped compartment on the outside. If you remove all dividers you will have 2 long rows of 1 x 6 x 0.75" deep compartments closest to the hinged end and then a final row of solid dividers of 2 1 x 2.5" x 0.75" deep compartments and 1 compartment 1 1 x 1 x 75 inches deep. The thickness of the plastic is about 1mm, which is enough for my needs.
