Wow where do I start? These baskets brought with them many problems. First, the stench is TERRIBLE and immediately filled the room. Also, pieces fell off when you opened them. Some of the baskets looked dry and discolored, as if they had been smeared with paint. Bits of metal were exposed and pieces of tape were sticking out. There were also HUGE gaps in assembly, allowing some items to literally slip through the gaps. What really struck me was that the long HUMAN HAIR was braided into one. from baskets. I know it wasn't my hair because mine is blonde and mine is dark. I couldn't even get it out as it was woven into the basket. As if that wasn't bad enough, they were also dishonest about the size of the baskets. The Amazon page says they are 13x11, but they definitely aren't. When the baskets arrived the labels caught my attention because they say 12 3/4 x 11 inches instead of 13 inches as Amazon says. But even these measurements are short (see photo). I tried to contact the company to express my concerns about these issues and they responded quickly but just told me to contact Amazon as it was their problem. When I replied that Revain only shipped them but made and sold the baskets (that's where the problems lie) they didn't reply. Since then I've tried to contact them several times but they ignored me and didn't respond to the photos of their baskets I sent them. Oooooh, obviously I'm bringing her back. BUYER BEWARE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BUY THIS.
