Although this is more of a tummy tucker, I use it for my back. It is a huge relief. I currently have a metal brace wrapped in leather, custom-made for my back. But I can always feel it, every move, and when it is warm out, I sweat like crazy. This takes care of it almost as good as the leather/metal brace, but much lighter, and flexible, and if I look a little more trimmer, it's for self-confidence! :)
