Eases the Back Pain!

Although this is more of a tummy tucker, I use it for my back. It is a huge relief. I currently have a metal brace wrapped in leather, custom-made for my back. But I can always feel it, every move, and when it is warm out, I sweat like crazy. This takes care of it almost as good as the leather/metal brace, but much lighter, and flexible, and if I look a little more trimmer, it's for self-confidence! :)

I had bought several waist trainers before finally finding this one. This one is very easy to put on and stays where you put it. It has helped with holding my stomach in and in place after 2 very intense hernia surgeries. It does cause sweating and that is what I wanted. Great support all the way around. I can wear it under my clothes all day long and still be comfortable.
