Overall, I'm impressed with the quality of this trail runner. Use the information below to decide if this shoe is right for you. I added a second insert for more cushioning and toe size reduction. Weight: Medium/Light (for trail runners) Length: Fits true to size. Removable high-quality insert that supports the arch of the foot. Toe: VERY VERY wide, roomy. Cushioning: The heel is thick and durable, the midsole and toe are thinner and more flexible. Very natural but very weak protection against sharp stones. Stability: Narrow and agile (not wide and stable) Tread: Great ridge design and soft rubber material for mud/sand/mud. Material Quality: Appears to be excellent, well built. Update: I used the inserts as templates to create the plastic inserts and put them under the inserts. MUCH better for stone protection!
