This is a good practical yarn made of cotton and milk fibre. Milk fiber was new to me so I looked it up. It was developed in Italy in the 1930s using milk proteins to create an alternative to wool known for its softness. It is actually a soft yarn with good stitch definition. This is worsted weight. Contains 12 strands of different colors. You can make yourself a multicolored striped sweater, but I think this is a good choice for children's clothes, kitchen towels or toys. The set includes hardware for buttons with rivets, earrings and hair clips, so apparently it's meant for crochet accessories. . The set also includes two crochet hooks, stitch markers and a plastic darning needle. Even a beginner can get started with this set - it has everything you need.
