I usually wear 8. I ordered 9 and they are still too small. I wore them to the clinic for 12 hours and by the end of the day my legs were so sore. Also, the strap on one broke within 3 hours of wearing. :( They're cute, but not for wearing outside the home. Especially not in healthcare. I should have just gone with Crocs
