Review on Controller Charging YCCTEAM Indicator Joysticks by Matt Welch

I'm not usually forced to write reviews about the things I've bought. I just don't have the time. However, I hope that the seller will contact me about my problem and fix everything. This charging station has been used twice. The first time went without incident, I would say a good charger. The second time my son removed one of the controllers from the charger, a piece of plastic inside the controller that was attached to the metal part of the charger broke off! See photos. My son is 12 and knows how to work with technology and electronics, so that doesn't mean he was negligent. We are both very upset about as the condition of his PS4 controller has deteriorated badly and this port is now unusable. and I don't have $60-70 left to replace it. I look forward to hearing from the seller soon and if I am provided with exceptional customer service I will happily update this review to reflect that.
