I really enjoyed working closely with Simon to build my first online store for our brand. He was always approachable and willing to accommodate any requests that we had throughout the project. Very professional service provided by this team! Nothing at all. We worked together very well towards achieving our goals of launching our business venture into the digital world.Simon did everything it took to make us feel comfortable, confident and supported during every step of the process.He made sure we were happy before moving forward with the project, listened to our feedback and addressed them immediately.The success of their work lies solely on their skills as developers but they are not cheap so you get what you pay for.They do excellent quality work and deliver exactly as promised. Our website has been live since October 2018 now and has received much attention from potential customers who have started using it regularly. It has been great working with the team at pinpoint. Their service is second to none, their work ethic is excellent and they are always pushing for better! The project manager has not been easy to get hold of recently so there are some issues that have arisen. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality business partner. We needed someone to help us build a new website from scratch to fit our needs. The customer services provided by pinpoint were outstanding.
