Sound quality 2/5. You can listen to music and movies, but not very good quality when it comes to hearing a phone call. It also has a delay so the first 2-3 seconds of the audio won't be recorded. I've had other devices say "Mark is calling," this device says the full phone number. If you have background noise, it will be difficult for the person on the other line to hear you. If you're just using this for listening to music, that's great. The noise cancellation is pretty good. The battery performance is impressive. It didn't take long when I tried to charge my phone but the seller didn't recommend it. I've used it a few times without charging the base and it still has potential.
