Hmm just trying to understand all those reviews saying it leaves hair soft and shiny. The shampoo seems good enough, it creates a little lather to feel like it at least cleans my hair. The air conditioning, on the other hand, is HORRIBLE. I always brush my hair before showering. After wetting my hair, my wet hair feels very sticky and waxy. (after previous days of using this conditioner). Use conditioner that feels waxy. Get out and my hair turns into a literal rats nest. I can't even get past. It's so heavy and stuck like it has a layer of wax on it! Definitely not moisturizing! I will say that I have fairly thick hair so it might work better for someone with thin hair. Really disappointed. Unfortunately, that goes in the trash.
