I like that it's easy for my team members who are not technical people or writers themselves but just need some help with writing documents from time-to-time (like me!).
It makes things really simple when we have someone else take care of our content creation needs without us having too much involvement - which is great! Sometimes there can be issues if they don't understand how your page works since everything isn’t always as intuitively laid out so maybe try using their support first? If all goes well then no problems arise at this stage however sometimes new features may require additional training/support before being fully understood by everyone involved within an organisation. We're solving two main challenges here; one was creating consistent written communication across multiple teams whilst also ensuring accessibility requirements were met where needed via screen readers etc., another problem has been managing large.
