I like that it can be used for both web-based and mobile use as well as having different types of users (eg students). It also has other tools for creating assessments etc which are useful too. There were issues with getting feedback when using some features so it was difficult to know if my work could stand up to scrutiny or not! Also finding out how many points you needed to earn your badge/certificate took quite a bit of time. This meant we had to start testing early. Sometimes the interface didn't update correctly meaning changes we made weren't showing immediately in our test instances. We have been able to improve student engagement around digital safety and create opportunities for them to show what they're capable of.
