Review on Chef'n Stack'n Peel: One Size Multicolored Kitchen Tool for Efficient Food Prep by Rebecca Rios

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Throw away your potato peeler!

So we're watching Rachel Ray with a great hacksaw and I found her. in a set!Chef'n has a set of three paring knives that will change your personal idea of how to cut vegetables: it has certainly changed ours!We ate cucumbers and carrots without a garden; Today I used a toothed slicer for perfect cucumber slices on sandwiches: PERFECT. A julienne knife is PERFECT for carrots, but a real find for hot oiled potatoes: hash browns! The straight knife is sharp and unbeatable for fruit and potatoes. Soft plastic handles are easy to clean. BUT the blades can pop out easily, so a hard pull can loosen the edge and you have to fumble to get it back in. Happened three times in two days so wait. Lover? THIS!

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • Safety
