Review on Verenia by David Pirlet

I like how easy it was to use once we got into setting up some templates. It's very intuitive but also customizable if you want more features (we're still in early stages). There are so many different types/brands of machines out there! This makes creating accurate quotes difficult unless someone at your shop has experience with them all. For example - does this machine have one speed or two? Is it belt driven by an electric motor or do they switch between mechanical & electrical drive modes manually through buttons? Do you know what type of belts these require? Does it come standard w/o any accessories? Are there other options available when replacing parts such as bearings, etc.? The benefits far outweigh my dislikes about their software; however, having someone who knows everything from start to finish would be great! We've been able to create custom quotes without additional training required since using Verenia.
