The best thing about this system is that it has so many features you can do almost anything with just one click! It also gives us our own personal customer portal where we can communicate directly with customers and make sure they are happy with their orders or have any questions at all. There isn't much I dislike as everything seems very well thought out and easy for new users to understand. We haven't found anything yet that makes me want to use another route accounting software because so far every feature works flawlessly. As an account manager within my team, I love being able to see what each driver has done throughout the day while monitoring how close they were to reaching their daily goal miles. With eosar, I am able to keep track of which drivers need more training before getting full access to routes without having to ask someone else to record data.
